By creating an account or otherwise using LinkSilo, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.
LinkSilo provides a personal "link-in-bio" page: a single shareable page holding your links, embeds, contact card, bookings, and an optional tip jar. The service is delivered electronically. Your page content is stored encrypted such that we cannot read it; see the Privacy Policy.
To use LinkSilo you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not be barred from using the service under applicable law.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. Because content keys are derived in your browser, loss of your credentials and recovery material can mean permanent loss of access to encrypted content — we cannot decrypt it for you. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Tiers: Free (€0), Starter (€8/month), Pro (€16/month), Premium (€37/month); annual pricing as shown on the pricing page. All consumer prices are shown VAT-inclusive.
Paid tiers renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Before each renewal, the renewal terms are those disclosed at purchase; we will notify you of price changes in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect.
Payments are processed by Stripe.

The tip jar lets visitors send money to you (the creator) through our payment infrastructure. We deduct a platform fee depending on your tier: 7% (Free), 5% (Starter), 3% (Pro), 0% (Premium), computed on the tip amount and rounded down. Stripe's own processing fees apply per Stripe's terms. You are responsible for any tax obligations on tips you receive. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect to the account you onboard; we may withhold or reverse amounts where required by law or by Stripe (e.g. refunds, disputes).
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. When you purchase a paid tier, service begins immediately with your express consent; if you withdraw within 14 days, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided, per Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Finnish law. You may not use LinkSilo to host or link content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, distributes malware, or constitutes spam, harassment, or phishing. You also may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts, or interfere with the service's operation. Because we cannot read encrypted content, enforcement may rely on reports and on unencrypted surfaces (e.g. your public page as rendered). We may suspend or remove pages and accounts that violate these terms, with notice where feasible.
You retain all rights to your content. You grant us only the technical license needed to store ciphertext and serve your public page. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice; if a change materially degrades a paid plan, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid, undelivered service.
You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for deletion effects). We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, and may suspend or terminate access where required by law or where necessary to protect the service or its users.
The LinkSilo service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by the service operator or its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to that intellectual property beyond the use of the service as permitted here. Where components of the service are made available under open licenses, those licenses govern your use of the corresponding components.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish consumer law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You agree to indemnify LinkSilo against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
LinkSilo respects intellectual-property rights and responds to properly submitted notices of alleged infringement relating to content published through the service.
From time to time LinkSilo may offer features identified as beta, preview, or experimental. These are provided on an as-is basis, may change or be withdrawn, and may be less reliable than generally available features. Use of such features is optional.
If LinkSilo provides programmatic access or supports third-party integrations, additional or separate terms may apply to that use, and reasonable usage limits may be imposed to protect the service.
The service may not be available in all locations, and you may not use it where doing so would violate applicable law, including export controls and economic-sanctions regulations. You confirm that you are not located in, and are not acting on behalf of a party located in, a jurisdiction subject to restrictions that would prohibit your use of the service.
Finnish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers may use the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta) or the EU ODR platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will reflect the update.
