Reset password

We'll email you a link to choose a new password.

Important: A password reset is destructive. Your existing master key will be replaced and any encrypted content (links, contact submissions) tied to the old key cannot be recovered. If you saved your recovery phrase at signup, use recovery instead — it preserves your data. A reset also keeps your two-factor authenticator enrolled — it will not unlock you if you've lost your device. If you've lost your authenticator, use one of your TOTP recovery codes at sign-in instead of resetting.

Your password derives an encryption key in your browser. We never see it. That's why you'll get a 24-word recovery phrase — it's the only way back in if you forget your password.
